The Role

What you will be doing
  • Actively source and identify potential candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain and update CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles and interactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  • Adapt quickly to new tasks, responsibilities, and changing priorities within a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process, industry and client expectations.
  • Show effective organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to the overall success and culture of the recruitment team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with both clients and candidates, representing both themselves and the company positively.

  • We would also love to speak with individuals from a sales or customer service background who showcase a willingness and desire to learn and develop. THIS IS KEY!!
