We have a structured training programme to teach you how to become a successful Recruitment Consultant and how to make a huge amount of money.

Basic Salary: £15,000 to £21,000 plus commission depending on experience

Competitive Commission Structure with the following OTE potential:

1. 1st Year OTE: £45,000 plus
2. 2nd Year OTE: £70,000 plus
3. 3rd Year onwards OTE: £100,000 plus

Your job as a Trainee Recruitment consultant will include:

• Resourcing and calling candidates
• Lead generation and gathering market intelligence
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Building relationships and calling clients
• Qualifying job specifications
• Placing candidates on client sites

The ideal candidate:

• Computer literate
• Have good communication skills
• Be confident picking up the phone
• Be able to quickly build strong client relationships and continue to develop your accounts
• Be a strong team player who has pace, confidence and energy
• Be self motivated and able to work in a reactive environment
• Be able to work to targets
