Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration, ideally in an internal or in-house role.
  • Educated to degree level in HR, business, or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management (or working towards it).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising roles to confirming appointments.
  • Coordinate candidate communication, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and post job adverts across various platforms.
  • Use the applicant tracking system to manage applications, interviews, and offers.

Skills

Knowledge of UK Right to Work processes
