Who are we looking for?

You have recently gained an MBA during the past 1-2 years and have a degree in either Engineering or Physics.

You are committed, highly motivated and want to keep acquiring knowledge to developing a fast-tracked career in Technology and Growth while supporting ENGAGE’s through its next phase of accelerated growth and preparation for scale up.

You are strategical, analytical, objective, creative, and sharp.

You will have the ability to quickly identify, prioritise, and execute on opportunities that drive revenue growth.

You know how to translate data into insight combining user behaviour data with the user need and work vigorously to find creative ways to drive acquisition, engage users, and retain customers.


Job Description Summary:

You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of ENGAGE’s Growth Strategy to enable the Company to grow and take a leading position in the UK market and overseas.

You will have a key role in transforming and managing our SaaS Growth projects and processes to power the execution of the Company’ Strategy.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Growth activities and projects to support the strategy execution across Strategy, SaaS Marketing & Sales.

· Focus on growth by designing scalable, automated, and AI-driven commercial and account management processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.

· Develop and implement new processes across the company to drive sustainable growth and ensure scalability.

· Lead the creation of engaging video content to support company initiatives and commercial activities and enhance communication.

· You successfully apply specific best practices across all projects and activities.

· You successfully work independently, systematically applying analytical thinking and processes to deliver tasks.

· You successfully document the evolving Growth Team processes.

· You successfully participate to the development of innovative projects and solutions.

· You will join as a contractor with a starting salary between £40,000 to £45,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

· An understanding of product management, digital marketing and business development would be desirable

· A creative energy that drives innovation as you manage high impact initiatives related to growing the Company's business.

· Experience building structured procedures that will help the company grow.

· Strong analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.

· Ability to manage projects and delegate within your team.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be comfortable communicating to C-Level.

· You MUST have a strong interest in start-ups, scale-up, innovation and disrupting markets.

Contracted Hours:

  • 40 hours per week from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, working in UK time

  • 1 hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm
