You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Corporate Client site, in Irvine.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the operational delivery of Catering, Cleaning, Security and associated services
  • Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectively
  • Manage the onsite client and Sodexo services and teams to deliver the agreed SLA/KPI standards, acting as Sodexo primary representative on site
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
  • Ensure that Sodexo accountancy, documentation and administration procedures are delivered to the required contractual specifications
  • Recruit, induct, motivate, manage, train and develop all employees following Sodexo HR policy and guidelines
  • Ensure client and customer monthly billing and invoicing is carried out correctly
  • Oversee operations, including catering, cleaning, security and associated services

  • Proven experience in business or catering management, withstrong leadership skills.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong ITskills, including familiarity with systems like SAP and spreadsheets.
  • Commitment tofostering a safety-focused work environment.
  • Positiveattitude, keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptionalcustomer service.
  • SIA licence
    Desirable:
    Familiaritywith Sodexo policies and procedures.
  • Health andsafety qualification or personal license holder.
