A recruitment agency is looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. This fully remote role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining candidate records, and providing administrative support to the HR team. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in recruitment or HR, be able to manage multiple priorities, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Competitive salary offered.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our clients Careers Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Internal Recruiter, you will provide essential administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, professional and compliant experience for candidates and stakeholders.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and experience supporting recruitment or HR teams.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
