How you\'ll make an impact
  • Lead and support project and site HSE teams across the CEU-NEU region as a dedicated People Manager and integrate HSE considerations into project planning, execution, and handover phases

  • Champion the implementation of the HVDC HSE strategy across the CEU-NEU region, driving performance and compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements

  • Act as the key HSE liaison between CEU-NEU and global leadership, ensuring strategic alignment

  • Collaborate with other Regional HSE Managers to ensure a uniform approach is delivered throughout the organization

  • Act as a key contributor in project reviews across the CEU-NEU region, providing HSE support and strategic guidance to the Operations and Construction & Commissioning departments

  • Support business development initiatives by providing HSE expertise during tendering and proposal stages, ensuring compliance with client requirements

  • Drive the development and delivery of HSE training programs tailored to regional needs, enhancing workforce competence and compliance

  • Manage and resolve any regulatory or legal HSE-related issues within the region, ensuring compliance with local laws and standards

  • Management of the department budget in the region for continuous improvement, training, travel requests, expenses and workshops

Your background
