HSE & Facilities Manager Isle of Wight

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HSE & Facilities Manager to join a growing and strategically important operation on the Isle of Wight. This is a key leadership role offering the chance to shape and deliver Health Safety Environmental and Facilities excellence at a major Isle of Wight site.

The HSE & Facilities Manager will support continued business growth on the Isle of Wight operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level while reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading all Health Safety and Environmental activities across the Isle of Wight site and associated off‑site operations
• Owning and maintaining HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements
• Acting as site lead for ISO certification audits and continuous compliance on the Isle of Wight
• Developing and delivering a facilities strategy aligned to business and site growth on the Isle of Wight
• Serving as the day‑to‑day point of contact for all facilities requirements upgrades and improvements
• Driving a proactive Zero Incident culture through continuous improvement and leadership engagement
• Managing contractor control, visitor safety and RAMS approval processes

Qualifications
