This role involves partnering with members of the Executive and Senior Leadership teams in Finance, Property, Business Development, and Digital. The focus is on defining and developing strategic people plans to enhance employee and organisational effectiveness, while championing the people agenda and fostering a culture of exceptional leadership.

We operate smart working principles at Cardfactory, combining some days at our support centre in Wakefield (minimum 2 days per week) with days working from home.
