A leading engineering and services company is seeking an HR Advice Partner to deliver high-quality HR support across London and the South. This role involves managing complex employee relations cases, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Ideal candidates will have HR generalist experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual to provide support across all HR activities in the London and the South. In this fast-paced role, you'll be reporting to the HR Business Partner for Facilities Services and collaborating with 2 other HR Advice Partners.
You’ll be joining a friendly and well-established team where you will work with stakeholders and colleagues across the wider HR team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered that's fully aligned with the People strategy for the business.
