A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the people strategy across multiple locations. You will guide HR initiatives, manage complex employee relations cases, and ensure compliance with UK employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD Level 7 qualification and experience in high-risk HR situations. This position offers a competitive salary, 25 days of annual leave, and a hybrid working model.
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Sheffield, Towcester, Glasgow or Manchester - Hybrid working
Salary: up to £45,000 dependant on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering our people strategy across the organisation. Working closely with leaders and teams, you'll help ensure our HR approach supports business goals while fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience.
You'll provide trusted guidance on a range of people matters—including organisational change, TUPE, restructures and complex employee relations—making sure colleagues feel well-supported through periods of change.
This is a varied and collaborative role with travel across our UK sites. You can be based in Sheffield, Glasgow, Towcester or Manchester, and you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture.
To be successful, you'll need to be CIPD Level 7 qualified and able to pass security clearance. If you enjoy building strong relationships, influencing at all levels, and making a meaningful impact, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to do exactly that.
