What will you be doing:

You will have at least 6 months' experience working within healthcare recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment but does not want to be involved in business development.

• Maintaining the relationship with one specific client that we have already developed a relationship with here at TFS
• Resourcing - via the database, networking, and referrals, headhunting, and social media
• Arranging interviews - briefing candidates and providing all necessary information regarding role and opportunity
