We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent while building strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and professional events
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and all associated documentation
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within the applicant tracking system
