A recruitment agency in Brighton is looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Advisor for a 6-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role involves handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, and providing detailed information on products. You will need prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. The position offers hybrid working options after training, starting on 12th January.
Customer Service Advisor (6-Month Contract)
Location: Brighton (Hybrid after training)
Start Date: 12th January
Salary: £24,800 per annum pro rata
Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm
We are currently recruiting for friendly, confident Customer Service Advisors to join the Brighton team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to go permanent.
2-week office-based training, then hybrid working
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and chat
Give clear information on products and update customer records
Provide great service and resolve queries efficiently
Customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Good IT skills and the ability to use multiple systems
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability
Supportive team and strong training
Flexible hybrid working after training (up to 3 days from home option)
Chance for the role to become permanent
