This role requires a polished individual with at least 2 years of barista experience, strong espresso skills, and the ability to provide discreet luxury service. The ideal candidate will work from a Ferrari espresso station, serving refined drinks to VIP clients and must be flexible for evening and weekend shifts. A competitive hourly rate of £20 to £35 is offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve exceptional espresso-based drinks.
• Maintain flawless cleanliness and presentation.
• Operate premium espresso machinery and grinders (Marzocco).
• Deliver calm, confident, and discreet luxury service.
• Represent V80 and partner brands to the highest standard.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a compact workspace.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years professional barista experience.
• Strong espresso and milk texturing skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation.
• Confident working with VIP and luxury clients.
• Calm, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekend events.

Desirable

• Experience in luxury retail, hotels, or private events.
• Italian coffee knowledge.
• Multilingual (not essential)
