An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 or experienced band 5 physiotherapist to join our inpatient stroke rehabilitation service for a 12 month period to cover maternity leave. This role is based at George Eliot Hospital Felix Holt ward where you will be working closely with the stroke MDT on the ward and linking in with the wider stroke pathway within Coventry and Warwickshire. Our service works with stroke survivors who require additional inpatient rehabilitation following their hyper acute care before moving into community services.
Candidates should have experience of working with an MDT in an inpatient setting, experience in a range of clinical areas including stroke / neurology, a good working knowledge of the RCP and NICE stoke guidelines and awareness of SSNAP.
