Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Support clients in person and over the phone.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the funeral home.
  • Manage client documentation and funeral arrangements digitally.
  • Refer regulated work to Funeral Plan Arrangers.
  • Assist in the manual handling of coffins and deceased.
  • Maintain up-to-date client management applications.
