Varang Recruitment are looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for one of our established nursing homes client based in Swansea, SA5. We are looking for a strong, passionate, and experienced Nursing Home Manager with a valid NMC PIN who has a background in elderly/dementia/mental health care.
- Responsible for the day to day management of the 22-bed service.
- Management and supervision of a great staff team.
- Financial management of the service.
- Business management and fulfilling the organization\'s statutory obligations.
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Good understanding of clinical care requirements.
- Home management experience.
- Good understanding of CIW.
- Background in elderly/dementia/mental health care.
