A leading construction company in the UK offers a Graduate Programme commencing in September 2024. The two-year programme allows graduates to rotate through various business areas, developing essential skills and contributing to meaningful projects. Responsibilities include supporting clients during their home buying journey and completing development modules in leadership and communication. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum 2:2 degree and demonstrate resilience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the industry. Flexible working is required, including weekends and bank holidays.
Are you looking for a graduate scheme which gives you an insight into different business areas, whilst strengthening your development through modules and projects? Commencing in September each year, this is our two‑year Graduate programme. In year one, you join your chosen discipline in order to meet the team, settle into the business, and have an impact on meaningful work. During this year you’ll also begin six two‑month placements on rotation, designed to give an all‑round insight into our business. Following your rotations you’ll re‑join your initial team to specialise in your chosen area. The projects will be longer, more strategic, and the experience more focused and intense. As part of your chosen discipline in Sales you will support clients through their home buying journey and personalisation of their new home. You will work alongside our Marketing team who create exciting campaigns that get the word out about the business and help us grow. You will be responsible for ensuring we find the perfect home to fit their needs, proactively supporting the customers journey and provide advice and product expertise to ensure the client finds their perfect home. You will also benefit from volunteer opportunities, chances to study for further qualifications and will complete development modules including leadership, communication and project management. During the programme you will:
Minimum 2:2 degree, or equivalent; ideally in a related subject. If you don’t have a related degree you’ll need to demonstrate a passion for the industry and outline your transferrable skills Be resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced setting To be a lateral and innovative thinker Take ownership of projects Strong communication skills and able to build effective working relationships Energy and enthusiasm to deliver goals and successes To be flexible with working pattern, must be able to work weekends and bank holidays
