This is a permanent role based in:
- Peckham
- Woolwich
- Dartford
- Sidcup
- Gravesend
- Beckenham
- Bromley
- Croydon
- Caterham
- Coulsdon
- Erith
- Eltham
You will work 40 hours, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with options for overtime.
We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle issues such as fuel, tyres, or batteries, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions to get their vehicles back on the road swiftly and confidently.
- Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £44,000-£48,000, plus a 9% employer pension contribution and overtime opportunities.
- Be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
- A current Category B driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 or similar in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
- Empathy and a desire to achieve the correct outcome
- Experience in the motor repair industry
- Experience working alone (desirable)
- Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques
- Adherence to health and safety best practices
- Ability to collaborate with dispatch to improve customer experience
