What you'll be doing

This is a permanent role based in:

1. Peckham
2. Woolwich
3. Dartford
4. Sidcup
5. Gravesend
6. Beckenham
7. Bromley
8. Croydon
9. Caterham
10. Coulsdon
11. Erith
12. Eltham

You will work 40 hours per week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities for overtime.

We provide a Green Flag vehicle, starting your day from home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns—whether it’s refueling, tyre repairs, or battery replacements. You will diagnose issues, determine necessary repairs, and help customers get back on the road confidently with a fully equipped kit.

• Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience, with OTE of £44,000-£48,000, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

What you'll need

• Be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
• A current Category B driving license
• NVQ Level 2 or similar in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
• Empathy and a commitment to achieving the right outcome
• Experience in the motor repair industry
• Lone working experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques
• Adherence to health & safety best practices
• Collaboration skills with dispatch team
• Self-initiative
