Location: Montgomery, Alabama (Home Office), with operations in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi

We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Insurance Agency Principal. This position offers the opportunity to build and manage your agency while representing a top-rated, multi-line insurance company with a strong presence in the Southeastern United States.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage an independent insurance agency.
  2. Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients.
  3. Oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
  4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  5. Promote our comprehensive range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
  6. Achieve competitive, commission-based compensation with potential annual earnings between $117,200 and $281,139.
  7. Represent a company recognized for its customer satisfaction and financial strength.
