Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an independent insurance agency.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients.
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Promote our comprehensive range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
- Achieve competitive, commission-based compensation with potential annual earnings between $117,200 and $281,139.
