Role Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest possible levels of care by supporting and assisting residents with all aspects of daily living when required.
  • Support training and supervision of junior and new staff members under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Respond to Nurse Call system, answer the door and telephone appropriately, and pass on messages promptly.
  • Report on residents' well-being and liaise with GPs and Support Managers as needed.
  • Carry out regular checks on residents at intervals determined by senior staff.
  • Provide high-quality personal and psychological care to residents, including managing medications, toileting, bathing, etc., and arranging rotas accordingly.
  • Complete records to a satisfactory standard, ensuring timely documentation of changeovers and Keyworker notes.
