Qualifications

• At least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Valid Category B driving license required.
• Experience in the motor repair industry is essential.

• Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues such as fuel shortages and tyre repairs.

What you'll be doing

This is a permanent role based in:

1. Peckham
2. Woolwich
3. Dartford
4. Sidcup
5. Gravesend
6. Beckenham
7. Bromley
8. Croydon
9. Caterham
10. Coulsdon
11. Erith
12. Eltham

You will work 40 hours a week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities for overtime.

We provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from home. Our customers’ vehicles are vital for their daily activities, and your role is to diagnose and resolve issues such as fuel shortages, tyre repairs or replacements, and battery replacements, ensuring their vehicles are back on the road quickly and safely.

• Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £44,000-£48,000, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

What you'll need

• Be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
• A valid Category B driving license
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
• Empathy and commitment to positive outcomes
• Experience in the motor repair industry
• Experience working alone (desirable)
• Knowledge of current vehicle repair techniques
• Commitment to health & safety best practices
• Ability to collaborate with dispatch team to enhance customer experience
• Self-initiative
