A healthcare provider in Worcestershire is seeking a compassionate and innovative Nurse to act as the Registered Manager for their Childrens Short Breaks service. This full-time role involves ensuring quality care for children with complex needs, managing clinical supervision, and adhering to regulatory standards. Childrens Short Breaks service provides vital respite care for children in Worcestershire who have a Learning Disability and complex medical needs and/or behaviours that challenge. It is co-located with the Adult Replacement Care Service at Osborne Court in Malvern.
The post holder will be expected to work predominantly Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however there may be occasions when they are required to work clinical shifts. We are looking for an innovative, compassionate and empowering Nurse to act as the Registered Manager for the service in line with Ofsted requirements. This post is regulated by CQC and Ofsted. This is a full time post. A full employment history is also required.
