A prominent health service provider in Wales is seeking a Community Business Manager to support Community Nursing Teams in Conwy & Denbighshire. This role offers the opportunity to drive improvements in health outcomes through operational management and collaboration with healthcare teams. Overview

We're looking for a capable, proactive and innovative Community Business Manager to support the Community Nursing Teams in Conwy & Denbighshire.

This is a rewarding role with real scope to make a difference—supporting improvement and innovation and helping to deliver better health and wellbeing outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and performance management support to the service.
  • Ensure the CIVICA scheduling system is populated with accurate data.
  • Generate reports, identify areas of development and improvement, and ensure timely reporting to the Health Board and Welsh Government.
  • Oversee health and safety of staff bases and develop business cases for equipment and services.
  • Participate in the delivery of service change and lead on specific project areas.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues and frontline teams to support integration of services.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, ability to analyse, review and present data and information, and be flexible.
  • Experience in operational management.
  • Ability to work with our Head of Nursing and Community Matrons for Conwy, Denbighshire, Primary Care and Continence Services; close collaboration with Community Resource Team Leaders and Cluster Co-ordinators.
