A regional healthcare provider in Worcester is seeking an experienced Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist to lead a team and ensure high-quality care for children and families. The role requires clinical and leadership experience in CAMHS and offers flexibility as well as professional development opportunities. The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to improving mental health services for young people.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist in this new leadership position. We are seeking someone who has extensive clinical and leadership experience working in CAMHS as a child and adolescent psychotherapist to lead a small team of qualified and trainee psychotherapists and provide clinical leadership to our Under 5s pathway. The post is 22.5 hrs per week (0.6WTE) over 3 days, based in Worcester but requires travel across multiple sites in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. We are seeking someone who has a passion for supporting children and families, with experience working directly with children and families, and working with other teams, professionals and partner agencies to support the delivery, evaluation and quality assurance of the child and adolescent psychotherapy service in CAMHS.

The successful applicant would be a senior member of the multi-disciplinary clinical team and ensure that children and families receive a high standard of care, and work closely with other senior leads in the service to support the overall delivery of a quality CAMHS service. Registration with the Association of Child Psychotherapists, and ability to work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team\'s policies and procedures, are requirements to the role.
