Job summary
An organization focused on child care is seeking a compassionate Senior Support Worker in Park Gate, UK. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in child residential care, providing support and supervision while promoting a safe environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting individual care plans. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary ranging from £15.35 to £19.19 per hour based on experience, with expected hours of 37.5 per week.

- Minimum of 1 year in a senior role in child residential care.
- Experience providing care preferred for at least 2 years.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and provide enhanced DBS disclosure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and delegate within the staff team.
- Support and supervise junior staff members.
- Manage responsibilities from the Registered Manager.
- Participate in on-call duties.
- Ensure safety and wellbeing of young people.
