Key Responsibilities

• Overall day-to-day management of the residential care home
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and care standards
• Leading, motivating, and developing a multidisciplinary care team

• Managing budgets, occupancy levels, and cost control
• Recruiting, training, and retaining staff

Essential Requirements
