Qualifications

• Experience in a care/support role working with individuals with mental health issues.
• Experience implementing strategies for individuals expressing frustrations.
• Driving license and vehicle access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Social Care Support Workers.
• Ensure medication is administered and recorded correctly.
• Maintain Individual Support Plans and monitor their effectiveness.
