A regional care provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a Health Care Assistant to assist with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans. Responsibilities include working with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring hygiene and welfare of residents, and maintaining professional relationships. Basic IT and communication skills are essential, along with GCSE Maths and English. This role also offers benefits like free uniform, paid training, and holiday pay.

- Ability to complete Level 2 of The Deprivation of Liberty module with minimum 60%.
- Desirable to have health care experience.
Responsabilités
- Assist staff with individual care plans for residents.

- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and mobility.
- Monitor and report unusual occurrences to senior staff.
