A leading health organization in Buckinghamshire seeks a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner. The role involves supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol use, managing caseloads, and working closely with partner agencies. Ideal candidates will have experience in substance misuse and strong communication skills. This is a part-time position (17.5 hours/week) with flexible working opportunities and several benefits.

Are you passionate about supporting people to make positive life changes? Join our dedicated team as a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, working 17.5 hours per week within an integrated healthcare framework to support adults affected by drug and alcohol use.
You’ll deliver client-centred treatment and recovery support for offenders entering prison who are identified as having substance misuse issues. Using both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches, you’ll help clients achieve meaningful progress towards a healthier, more stable future.
