- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pre-set work is completed.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils in staying engaged and focused on their tasks.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and classroom activities.
- Assist with wider school duties, including supervising students during breaks or school events.
- Experience working with young people (in schools, youth work, tutoring, or similar).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A proactive, confident, and resilient approach to supporting students.
- An Ability to adapt quickly and work independently when required.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Competitive daily pay between £95 – £113, depending on experience.
- Flexible working arrangements – day-to-day, part-time, or long-term placements.
