  • Cover classes across various secondary subjects, ensuring continuity of education in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school policies.
  • Engage students in learning activities, maintaining discipline and a positive learning environment.
  • Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Provide appropriate feedback on student work and maintain records of students' progress and development.
  • Manage student behaviour in the classroom by enforcing rules and procedures.
