A leading mental health care provider in Chertsey is seeking a dedicated professional to provide assessments and support for adults with severe mental health issues. The ideal candidate will work in multidisciplinary teams, promoting recovery and providing emotional support. A valid driving licence and the ability to undertake physical observations are essential. Our Community Mental Health Recovery Services: Runnymede and Spelthorne are secondary Mental Health Teams who provide assessments for evidence based, time limited treatment and psychological interventions for adults with severe and enduring mental health issues. The focus of our whole service is promoting recovery and independence and developing self-management strategies to encourage people to achieve their potential in the community. We are a multidisciplinary team who provide advice and support for GPs and work with individuals and their carers and can refer or signpost to a number of statutory, independent and voluntary sector agencies. We seek to work closely with individuals and their families as well as other organisations where consent has been given.
