The role:

As a Head Chef, you will motivate your team to exceed expectations, maintain high standards, and deliver outstanding results. You will coach and develop your team, fostering a positive work environment and driving performance.

Requirements:

• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and delegation.
• Dedication to delivering excellent guest experiences and ensuring food quality standards.
• Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Commitment to team building, recruitment, and professional development.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
