The role |

As a Head Chef, you’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards and continuously coaching and developing your team to excel and achieve outstanding results.

• Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at influencing and empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Are dedicated to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every dish meets exceptional standards, whether through your own efforts or by empowering your team.
• Have experience maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understanding the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, while proactively spotting opportunities.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to flourish in their roles and careers.
• Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
