• Maintain inventory and manage food costs, ensuring optimal profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special event offerings.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into our menu offerings.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high‑volume, upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
