Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking, tech-enabled business services group? I am working with this growing business to appoint a Manager or Senior Manager for their Scottish practice. The role will require time in Aberdeen, ideally 2 days a week.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in the oil & gas and wider energy sector, supporting the unique challenges of a globally mobile workforce. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, managing complex global tax compliance projects, and developing both your team and technical expertise.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and global networks, ensuring seamless payroll and tax compliance across borders.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of client engagements, including compliance, advisory projects, and strategic planning.
• Provide specialist tax analysis on cross-border tax, social security, and global mobility policies, with a focus on treaty applications and offshore workers.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Oversee engagement finances and ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Stay ahead of global mobility trends and proactively develop solutions for sector-specific challenges.

• Strong technical expertise in global mobility UK tax compliance and advisory services.
• Experience with treaty application processes for offshore workers (highly desirable).
• Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
