  • Work with procurement to ensure financial compliance.
  • Help ensure the project meets health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager in team management, resource planning, performance management, and motivation.
  • Embrace Ferrovial's vision and values, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Follow safety regulations on site and promote compliance among staff.
Skills and Competence:

  • Motivation to learn and contribute to the team and programme
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive learning approach
  • Commercial awareness of the industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Interpersonal Skills:

  • Logical thinker eager to learn
  • Flexible and results-driven with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
  • Engineering experience
  • CSCS Card
Essential:
  • Legal right to work in the UK from the start and throughout the programme
What We Offer:
  • 3-year development programme
  • Exposure to various engineering disciplines
  • Collaboration with contractors and subcontractors
  • Blended training for technical, professional, and behavioral skills
  • Support towards chartership
  • Global perspective with mobility opportunities
  • Participation in charity volunteering and innovation projects
