We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team, in London.

1. Manage the day-to-day global coordination of client engagements, supported by a junior engagement team
2. Build, maintain and lead strong relationships with the clients
3. Be the day-to-day contact for allocated clients
4. Manage all associated compliance processes for international assignees
5. Ensure clients are provided with up-to-date information on relevant tax developments
6. Advise on risk issues relevant to clients and assist in mitigating these
7. Prepare client advice for manager/partner review
8. Project management
9. Delegate work to, and train and coach, junior staff
10. Interact with KPMG's global People Services network
11. Assist with the day-to-day running of the GMS team and participate in managerial meetings
12. Monitor, record, and manage financial results on allocated clients to ensure profitability
13. Recognize and develop opportunities to further grow the GMS team
14. Lead business development and proposals

• ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent

• Previous experience coordinating global tax services for UK HQ clients
