Our client, a leading removals company based in Middlesex, is currently looking for an experienced Removals Operations/Transport Manager to join their team.
Job Overview:
This is a multifaceted role, requiring strong operational and transport management skills. While ensuring compliance with legal and transport regulations is a key part of the role, the position is heavily focused on overseeing the operational aspects of the business.
Responsibilities include recruitment, training, customer interactions, scheduling, invoicing, and cost analysis of moves. Transport-related tasks make up approximately 20% of the daily workload, with the majority of time spent managing removals operations.
