Contract Duration: 8 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: Up to $5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· Support the full production cycle of the Singapore International Relations Week including preparations for the theme launch, speakers invite, registration launch, speakers and sponsors management, supporting organisations’ liaison, logistical/ administrative work as well as other operational support.

· Drive and support business performance by implementing appropriate strategies.

· Undertake other ad-hoc initiatives and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in any discipline

· Relevant experience in managing large-scale/international events will be advantageous

· Strong project management skills

· Immediate Starters are preferred.

· Only Singaporeans.
