Temporary to permanent opportunity!
- Production Operatives: Days £12.21 - £13.77 per hour; Days Overtime £18.32 - £20.66 per hour; Nights £12.54 - £15.77 per hour; Nights Overtime £18.81 - £23.66 per hour
- Skilled Production Operatives: Days £12.54 - £18.81 per hour; Nights £14.52 - £21.78 per hour
- Overtime is available and is paid at: Days £18.81 per hour; Nights £21.78 per hour
- This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
As a Production Operative at this site, there are a variety of sections you will cover, such as:
- Racks/Decanting off racks: ensure that all food is stored away correctly
- Tray Wash Operative: ensure that all trays are cleaned and stacked following site processes
- Packer: correctly pack all items on and off the line
- General Operative: heavily involve assisting all areas of production
Our ideal Production Operative will be self-motivated and can work well as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
You'll have a good understanding of the English language, both written and verbal; in order to effectively communicate with other workers on site.
No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
