Job type – Temp - Perm
Working hours – Monday to Friday, day shift
Salary - £12.77
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used for cheese making, cutting, and packaging.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients for cheese production according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, always ensuring safe working practices. Report any hazards or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, including any issues encountered during production.
- Work effectively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- Ability to focus on maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling production equipment.
- Capable of working effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in using production equipment and technology.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and identify potential areas of improvement in the production process
