Skills
We have a mandate from a mid-cap PE house for an Interim Retail CFO with a Transformation and change cv. This candidate will be the go-to for the fund when investing in retail companies and will know what good looks like to PE and PLC’S.
- Act as the interim Retail CFO for portfolio companies and provide transformation leadership and change management as requested by the fund.
- Background as an International CFO.
- Experience moving into interim and transformation projects rather than business-as-usual roles.
- Ability to work overseas and fly-in-fly-out of Europe.
- Experience with integration, carve-out and M&A activities.
