Are you an experienced qualified Head of Finance?

• Do you have experience working within the property and / or hospitality sector?
• Do you possess the management skills and gravitas to support the business with strong financial leadership that will enable and support key business decisions?

This growing West London based property development and investment company are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Finance, to manage their financial performance and liabilities that will aid business decision making and the planned growth of the business. Working closely with the management team whilst leading and motivating the finance team to deliver a first-class financial service.

As the Head of Finance, your daily duties will include :

• Reporting to Board of Directors responsible for managing the group’s overall finance function for both Onshore and Offshore companies.
• Responsible for the full financial structure of the group of companies; ensuring that robust processes and procedures are in place for the continued growth of the business.
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements including balance sheet reconciliations for Auditors, monthly management accounts and annual budgets and medium-term plans in line with the company targets.
• Variance Analysis and provide insightful commentaries on performance to date.
