Job Description

• Oversee all financial operations within the organisations and its subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, in line with company goals.
• Prepare detailed reports on the company's financial performance.
• Coordinate budgeting and business planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Supervise the Accounting & Finance department staff.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.

The Successful Applicant

• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Experienced as a Finance Director in a central government organisation
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
• In depth knowlege of pricing and costing models
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to colleagues without a financial background.
