A leading finance technology firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Administrator to oversee SPV operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong leadership skills, advanced financial reporting knowledge, and a deep understanding of the SPV lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have over three years of relevant experience and will guide a team while managing complex financial processes. This position offers a collaborative work environment and the opportunity to work with top-tier clients.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in fund administration, public accounting, or PE/VC operations with SPV exposure.
- Strong technical foundation in financial reporting and SPV tax/reporting obligations.
- Deep understanding of the SPV lifecycle and associated processes.
Responsabilités
- Serve as primary reviewer for financial documents and regulatory reports.
- Oversee distribution events and manage client expectations.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill associates.
