About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ferrero’s global IT community within the Centre of Expertise team. As a COE Trade Architect, you will be responsible for aligning the application landscape with business requirements and defining the application strategy and architecture for your assigned capability areas.

You will identify the applications, interfaces and infrastructure components needed to support business operations, ensuring that all architecture decisions are scalable, future-ready and aligned with enterprise standards. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams, maintain uniform design principles, and support the evolution of Ferrero’s Trade, Sales and Finance technology ecosystem across the UK and the wider Group.

Role: To start February 2026

Main Responsibilities:
  • Defining major aspects of the application and infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise principles.
  • Providing technical leadership to development and implementation teams, including performing design and code reviews.
  • Supporting lifecycle management activities, including enhancements, integrations, upgrades and decommissioning of obsolete systems.
  • Ensuring new solutions and enhancements meet business needs and comply with architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborating with vendors and partners, contributing to supplier evaluation and ensuring delivery quality.
About You:

You will bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial understanding and the ability to influence architectural decisions in a complex, multi-application environment. Your experience enables you to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions while fostering effective collaboration across global teams.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in IT project management and strong knowledge of planning and forecasting applications (SAP CRM-TPM/TM/TMA).
  • Proven capability working within multi-application environments, ideally within FMCG or similar industries.
  • Excellent analytical ability and strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with experience in multinational settings.
  • A collaborative, flexible and results-oriented approach, with strong understanding of commercial and business processes.
