Senior Investment Analyst

Location: West Midlands

Salary: Circa £60,000 – £80,000

Working model: Flexible, hybrid office/on‑site

Qualifications: A maths, finance or economics degree (qualified, part‑qualified). Minimum three years experience in defined benefit pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the correct do–check–review procedure for each task and sign off the work of junior trainees and supporting client managers.
• Identify gaps in technical knowledge.
• Develop into a client‑facing consultant.
• Manage all investment work.
• Provide training to other team members when required.
• Support investment analysts in managing their workload.
• Provide formal training sessions for investment analysts where appropriate.
